There are still three gigs left, but the only catch is that they’re in England. If you’re lucky enough to be a Duranimal in the U.K., be sure to head over to Cambridge at The Junction on Sept. 8, Bristol at the Trinity Centre on Sept. 9 or the O2 Academy Oxford on Sept. 10 to catch Duran Duran live.

Earlier this year, the band was forced to postpone their “All You Need Is Now” tour because of lead singer Simon Le Bon’s laryngitis.

“I am absolutely thrilled to be getting back on the road and touring again after my recent vocal injury,” Le Bon said in a statement. “It’s been an incredibly tough time and extremely frustrating, but after receiving treatment I have made gradual improvements each week in recovering the upper part of my range. I am truly grateful for the incredible support of our fans, the many well wishes and their patience in what has been a difficult time for us all as a band.”

Now, the band is back up and running with 22 upcoming concert dates in the U.S. Duran Duran tickets are available for Sept. 27 at the Los Angeles Nokia Theatre, Oct. 6 at the Grand Prairie Theatre in Texas, Oct. 14 at Atlanta’s Chastain Park Amphitheatre and more.

This year’s SXSW festival will be held between March 11-20. The performance will be at the Stubb’s Bar-B-Q on March 16 and the interview will be held at the Austin Convention Center on March 17.

Following their time at the festival, Duran Duran has gigs at the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, Okla. on March 18 and the Mayan Theater in Los Angeles on March 23.

April is even busy for Duranimals, who can see their favorite band play in Mashantiucket, Conn. (April 2); Atlanta (April 4); Pomona, Calif. (April 12, 14); San Francisco (April 16); Denver (April 20); Chicago (April 23) and Boston (April 27).

Duran Duran tickets are also available for this year’s Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival on April 17.

D2 worked with producer Mark Ronson who is a self-proclaimed Durannie, “I’m just another Duran Duran fan and know what another Duran fan would want to hear. There’s nothing wrong with Duran Duran going back and sounding like they did in 1982 again.”

It will be nice to hear the band return to the sound that made them international superstars with the power to incite riots everywhere they went. Their last release, Red Carpet Massacre, had more club-music influences and was not the commercial success they had hoped.

There is no tour currently scheduled for Duran Duran, but they will be performing May 18 at this year’s SAP “Sapphire Now” conference in Frankfurt, Germany.

Edinburgh Castle is located at the west end of Edinburgh’s Old Town in Historic Scotland. It is the most popular tourist attraction in Scotland, with over 1.2 million visitors.

“When the offer to play in this historic location presented itself, we were all keen to make it happen. It’s been a while since we’ve played in Scotland, but have always had a great time playing to audiences there,” singer Simon Le Bon said.

Their latest album “Red Carpet Massacre” is reportedly the most creative in the band’s 29 year stint.

So far, they have confirmed 5 shows across South America, which will kick off November 4 in Lima, Peru with additional tour dates to be announced soon.

The RED CARPET MASSACRE TOUR will showcase material from their most recent album, as well as fan favorites. This upcoming leg of the tour will mark the band’s first performances in South America since the release of Red Carpet Massacre, their 12th studio album, which the band released in November 2007 with Epic Records.
